If using chrome browser and just see a black box where the video should play? change your zoom level to 110% on the page with the videos to fix the problem. Or use another browser like Microsoft Edge. If you still can't see the video make sure flash is enabled and not disabled in your browser and allowed to run on the video page, click here for help on how to check. Do you have a blank empty box where the video should be? Make sure you have flash player installed
